Renoir Museum
Info: The Renoir Museum is situated in the artist’s former home in Cagnes-sur-Mer, where he retired in his old age and spent the remaining years of his life. After his death in 1919, the house was converted into a museum in his honor, bringing together some of his most significant works.

Chateau Grimaldi
Info: Built in 1301 by Rainier Grimaldi I, a lord of Monaco and a French admiral (see the portrait inside). Charts reveal how the defenses were organized. In the early 17th century, the dank castle was converted into a more gracious Louis XIII-style chateau.
